Mobile Terms of Service

The Rose Pause mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Rose Pause LLC (“Rose Pause”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).

About the Service

By consenting to Rose Pause’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rose Pause through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Messages may include welcome offers, product updates, special offers, and other marketing promotions. We may also send subscription confirmations and responses to your requests for assistance.

Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. You do not have to sign up for this program to make a purchase, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies.

We do not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

How to Unsubscribe

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also request to unsubscribe by emailing hello@rosepause.com. Please include the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe so we can identify your subscription. We will also honor other clear requests to opt out as required by applicable law.

You may receive a one-time text message confirming your opt-out. After your opt-out is processed, we will stop sending messages through the Service unless you subscribe again or request a response from us.

If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again and provide your consent to receive messages.

Help and Support

For Service support or assistance, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us or email hello@rosepause.com.

Your Mobile Number

You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

If you change or give up your mobile number, please unsubscribe the old number or notify us at hello@rosepause.com. To receive messages at a new number, you will need to sign up again using that number.

We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service and will notify you of any such change. Messages sent to a previous number may not be received. If you experience difficulty unsubscribing or reaching us by text, please contact hello@rosepause.com.

Availability and Delivery

The Service may not be available on all wireless devices or through all wireless providers. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and other factors outside our control and is not guaranteed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of such changes.

We may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms. Any additional consent required by law will be obtained separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Pause will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in that information, or actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.

Nothing in these Mobile Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
